Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound inquiries via email, chat, and phone with speed and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide clear, actionable solutions for users.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product suite to provide expert guidance and recommendations.
- Proactively identify trends in customer feedback to advocate for product improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Engineering, to resolve escalated cases.
- Document every interaction in our CRM to ensure data integrity and track customer history.
- Contribute to the internal knowledge base by creating and updating support documentation.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or support role, preferably in SaaS.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professional empathy.
- Proven ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Technical aptitude with experience using tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, or Intercom.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns in user data.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business or communications.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote or hybrid environment with minimal supervision.
