Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Act as the primary escalation point for high-value clients, resolving complex issues with empathy and speed.
- Conduct regular business reviews and health checks to proactively identify at-risk accounts.
- Collaborate closely with the Product and Sales teams to translate client feedback into actionable feature requests.
- Develop and deliver training materials and webinars to empower clients with product knowledge.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT).
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and ensure data integrity across all departments.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Support.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and exceeding retention targets.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a polished professional tone.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and project management software (Asana, Jira).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive business decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
