Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and chat to resolve client inquiries with speed and accuracy.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends, providing actionable insights to improve service quality and product offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for escalations and complex issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, IT) to ensure seamless service delivery and effective solutions.

Qualifications
