Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and chat to resolve client inquiries with speed and accuracy.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends, providing actionable insights to improve service quality and product offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for escalations and complex issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, IT) to ensure seamless service delivery and effective solutions.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system and adhere to strict compliance and quality assurance standards.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client lifetime value.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or any related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a BPO, Call Center, or Customer Support role.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written) with excellent grammar and professional communication skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- High level of computer literacy and adaptability to new software tools.
