Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
- Identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate, timely solutions.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering a personalized service experience.
- Document customer interactions and case details accurately within the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily KPIs regarding resolution time and quality assurance scores.
- Collaborate with team leads to escalate complex issues and improve internal workflows.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service standards.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a BPO or customer-facing role.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in basic computer navigation and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Strong empathy and active listening skills.
