Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via voice, email, and chat with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Navigate multiple CRM systems simultaneously to retrieve account information and log interactions.
- Provide expert product support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve technical or service-related issues.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) and adherence to quality assurance benchmarks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex cases and improve overall service delivery.
- Document customer feedback to assist in the continuous improvement of internal processes.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a BPO, call center, or customer service environment.
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in navigating Windows-based applications.
- Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Critical thinking skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse global clients.
- Educational background: Completed at least 2 years of college or equivalent vocational training.
