Responsibilities
- Manage Inquiries: Handle a high volume of customer emails, phone calls, and live chat support with professionalism and speed.
- Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve complex customer issues, ensuring a 100% satisfaction rate.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions using Salesforce and Zendesk.
- Process Improvement: Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Product teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Feedback Loop: Collect and analyze customer feedback to help shape our product and service offerings.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on empathy.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to think on your feet.
- Adaptability: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
