Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve complex issues using problem-solving methodologies and CRM tools
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT, FCR, and AHT targets
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and knowledge management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality
- Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge and soft skills
- Maintain compliance with data security protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent (6 months+ customer service experience)
- Fluent English communication with neutral accent proficiency
- Strong typing skills (35+ WPM) and PC literacy
- Proven ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Basic CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Positive attitude with conflict resolution aptitude
- Philippine citizenship with NBI clearance
