Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Resolve complex billing, technical, and account issues using CRM systems
- Meet/exceed KPIs including AHT (Average Handle Time) and FCR (First Contact Resolution)
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain client records
- Collaborate with technical support teams for escalated issues
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions and skills enhancement workshops
- Maintain 99% attendance and punctuality for assigned shifts
Qualifications
- College graduate or at least 2 years of college (Business/Communications preferred)
- Minimum 1 year BPO/Customer Service experience (voice process required)
- Fluent in English with neutral accent and clear pronunciation
- Proficient in Windows OS and typing speed of 30+ WPM
- Ability to work rotating shifts (including nights and weekends)
- Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug testing
- Experience with Salesforce or Zendesk is highly desirable
