Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve complex client inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide accurate product information.
- Document all customer interactions and account details accurately in the CRM system.
- Adhere to all call scripts, quality standards, and compliance regulations.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor in a timely manner.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, representing the brand voice.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer support or call center role is preferred but not required for top candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy and typing speed (40 WPM minimum).
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s Degree is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
