Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Resolve complex client inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide accurate product information.
  • Document all customer interactions and account details accurately in the CRM system.
  • Adhere to all call scripts, quality standards, and compliance regulations.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, representing the brand voice.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a customer support or call center role is preferred but not required for top candidates.
