Responsibilities
- Handle Inbound/Outbound Calls: Professionally manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone with empathy and efficiency.
- Problem Resolution: Analyze customer issues and provide accurate, timely solutions or escalate to supervisors when necessary.
- CRM Management: Log all interactions accurately into the customer relationship management system (CRM) to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Product Knowledge: Continuously update your knowledge of our products, services, and policies to provide expert advice.
- Customer Retention: Build rapport with clients to enhance satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English (speaking and writing) with a neutral accent.
- Computer Literacy: Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Office and navigating web-based applications.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet daily KPI targets, and handle pressure effectively.
