- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions within our CRM system.
- Process Improvement: Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements to the team.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computers, MS Office Suite, and CRM software.
- Soft Skills: Strong active listening skills, empathy, and patience.
