Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a high satisfaction score.
- Accurately document all interactions and account updates in our CRM system.
- Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical and sales teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and policy changes to ensure accurate information delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficiency with CRM software and computer systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Microsoft Office).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field is a plus.
