- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on empathy and efficiency.
- Resolve complex issues and complaints by troubleshooting products and services, escalating tickets when necessary.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account updates in our CRM system.
- Build long-term relationships with customers by providing personalized service and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the technical and sales teams to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or support roles (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
