Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues regarding products, services, and account inquiries efficiently.
- Accurately document all interactions and account details within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Tech) to escalate complex issues and provide feedback.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and workflow processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, support, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
