What You Will Do
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. You will utilize modern CRM tools to track interactions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve our service offerings.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues and account-related questions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and proactively offer solutions or upsell relevant products/services.
- Collaborate with the product and technical teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback on customer pain points.
- Adhere to company policies, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional tone.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Intercom) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, remote setting.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and remain calm under pressure.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
