- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Diagnose and resolve technical and non-technical issues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Accurately document all interactions and resolutions within our CRM system (Salesforce/Zendesk).
- Escalate complex issues to senior management or technical support teams when necessary.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer processes and service quality.

- Contribute to team meetings and provide feedback on common customer pain points.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- A customer-centric attitude and the ability to remain calm and empathetic in challenging situations.
