Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and chat channels.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and complaints with a focus on issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Accurately enter and update customer information in our CRM database to maintain data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Technical Support) to improve service processes and solutions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services to enhance client value.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
