- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our product catalog, pricing, and company policies.
- Provide accurate account information, process returns, and handle refunds when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or technical support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a genuine customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure while managing multiple tasks.
