Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Diagnose and resolve complex customer issues, ensuring a seamless and positive user experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Technical Support, Billing) to escalate issues and provide solutions.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing customers.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to stay updated on product knowledge and soft skills.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional customer service experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
