Responsibilities
- Manage Client Inquiries: Respond to incoming calls, emails, and live chat messages with empathy, professionalism, and speed.
- Resolve Complex Issues: Diagnose and troubleshoot customer problems using our CRM systems to ensure 100% resolution satisfaction.
- Maintain Records: Accurately document all interactions in our database to track customer history, preferences, and feedback.
- Upsell & Cross-sell: Identify opportunities to recommend additional services that enhance the customer's experience and value.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the technical and sales teams to escalate issues and improve internal processes.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in customer support or a related field.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional tone.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (Zendesk, Salesforce, or HubSpot).
