Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve complex issues and escalations efficiently, maintaining a positive and empathetic tone at all times.
- Document all client interactions and account details accurately in our CRM system (Salesforce/Zendesk).
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance the client relationship.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and sales, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in a customer service or support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and ticketing systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think critically under pressure.
- High level of empathy and patience when dealing with diverse customer bases.
