- Resolve complex technical issues and billing discrepancies efficiently while maintaining a high customer satisfaction score.
- Document all customer interactions and account updates accurately in our CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical support and sales, to ensure comprehensive customer solutions.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and proactively propose process improvements to enhance service delivery.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
