Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve complex issues with patience and professionalism, ensuring high customer satisfaction scores.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions within our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve escalated tickets efficiently.
- Identify product or service trends and provide feedback to product management teams.
- Adhere to all company policies and service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in customer service or a related field.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
