Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound communication channels, including email, chat, and phone.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries with empathy, accuracy, and a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Utilize advanced CRM software (Zendesk/Salesforce) to update customer profiles, document interactions, and track issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Billing) to escalate and resolve escalated tickets efficiently.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product portfolio and troubleshoot technical issues for clients.
- Proactively identify process improvements to enhance the overall customer journey.
- Adhere to all company service level agreements (SLAs) and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service or technical support role (minimum 1-2 years).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual candidates are a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and ticketing systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk).
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid environment.
