Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone with a high degree of professionalism and empathy.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical and product-related issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer accounts and update CRM systems (Salesforce/Zendesk) with detailed and accurate interaction notes.
- Identify opportunities to proactively assist customers and suggest relevant solutions or upgrades.
- Collaborate closely with internal technical and product teams to escalate and resolve recurring issues.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our product portfolio to provide accurate information.
- Adhere to all company service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support (1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and helpdesk tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward learning new products and processes.
