- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently using Zendesk/Salesforce.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service delivery.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date CRM records.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and share feedback with the team.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software (experience with Zendesk is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
