Responsibilities

  • Manage High-Volume Inquiries: Handle a steady stream of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats professionally.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Diagnose complex customer problems and provide effective, timely resolutions to ensure high satisfaction rates.
  • Upsell & Cross-sell: Identify customer needs and offer relevant products or services to meet company revenue targets.
  • CRM Documentation: Accurately record all interactions, details, and transactions into the CRM system for future reference.
  • Adherence to KPIs: Maintain strict adherence to call scripts, quality assurance standards, and departmental metrics.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Customer Service or Call Center role.
