Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and complaints by identifying root causes and providing effective solutions.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Upsell products and services to existing accounts while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven experience in customer service, call center operations, or sales support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Must be willing to work in shifting schedules, including nights and weekends.
