Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on high customer satisfaction scores.
  • Resolve customer complaints, issues, and questions efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support staff or management when necessary.

Qualifications
