Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account details in CRM systems.
- Adhere to established call scripts and quality assurance standards.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to team leaders when necessary.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be a resident of Metro Manila (Taguig/Makati/BGC).
- High School Diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) with a neutral accent.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 30+ wpm.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
