Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat to achieve high first-contact resolution rates.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, account details, and issue resolutions within our CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to enhance their experience.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge and adhere strictly to call scripts and quality assurance standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve escalations.
- Stay updated on industry trends to provide the best possible support to our clients.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or BPO environment.
- Excellent command of the English language (verbal and written).
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain composure under pressure in a 24/7 operation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
