Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer interactions across multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
- Resolve billing, technical, and product inquiries with first-contact resolution
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality
- Adapt to evolving client requirements and SOPs
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service/call center experience
- Excellent English communication skills (written/spoken)
- Proficiency in Windows OS and CRM platforms
- Type 30+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Resilience under pressure and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability for rotating shifts (including weekends)
- College degree preferred
