Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve service issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions using CRM systems with precision
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless resolution
- Continuously refine product knowledge and service protocols
- Identify process improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ months in customer service or call center environment
- Fluent English communication skills (verbal/written)
- Proficient in Windows OS and CRM platforms
- Type 35+ WPM with strong data entry accuracy
- Resilience under pressure with conflict resolution skills
- Positive attitude and commitment to excellence
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends
