Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize CRM platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) to log interactions and update customer records accurately.
- Resolve complex queries and escalate technical issues to the appropriate specialist team promptly.
- Adhere to quality assurance standards and performance metrics (KPIs).
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a BPO or customer-facing role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite, email systems).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree is required.
