Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic tone.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, logistics) to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on client needs.
- Document all interactions and resolutions according to company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or general administrative roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
