Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Resolve complex customer issues by analyzing feedback, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and account history within our CRM platform.
- Collaborate with technical teams and product management to escalate recurring issues and suggest product improvements.
- Adhere to all company service level agreements (SLAs) and quality assurance standards.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
