Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional multi-channel support via phone, email, and live chat with 95%+ satisfaction metrics
- Proactively resolve complex customer issues using our proprietary CRM system and knowledge base
- Collaborate with product teams to identify service gaps and implement improvement solutions
- Mentor new team members through our structured onboarding program
- Analyze customer feedback to drive process enhancements and service innovations
- Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions in Salesforce with 100% compliance
Qualifications
- 3+ years in high-volume customer service with proven retention/satisfaction metrics
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and Zendesk platforms
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills with de-escalation certification preferred
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret customer data and identify trends
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) highly valued
- Experience in SaaS or tech industry support environments
