Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support across multiple channels (voice, email, chat)
- Resolve escalated customer issues with first-contact resolution excellence
- Maintain detailed case documentation in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex product issues
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities
- Meet/exceed KPIs for CSAT, AHT, and quality scores
- Mentor new team members on service standards
Qualifications
- 1+ years BPO/call center experience in high-volume environments
- Fluent in English with clear communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical mindset
- Adaptability to rotating shift schedules
- College degree or equivalent vocational certification
- Experience handling high-stress customer situations
- Basic Spanish/French language skills (highly desirable)
