Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chat platforms
- Resolve complex customer inquiries with empathy and technical precision
- Utilize CRM systems to maintain accurate customer interaction records
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT, FCR, and AHT targets
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve escalated issues
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain compliance with data security protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service or BPO experience preferred
- Exceptional English communication skills with neutral accent
- Proficiency in multitasking and CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree advantageous
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic computer literacy with 40+ WPM typing speed
- Positive attitude with resilience in high-volume environments
