- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries across multiple channels (voice, email, chat)
- Resolve complex issues using CRM tools and escalation protocols
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction metrics through personalized solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality
- Document interactions and provide actionable insights for process optimization
- Adhere to strict compliance and data security standards
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- 1+ years in customer service or BPO environment
- Fluent in English with clear communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; college graduates preferred
- Experience with Salesforce or Zendesk is a plus
