- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Resolve customer complaints, process returns, and manage account information accurately within our CRM database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify product or process improvements based on customer feedback.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system to maintain a comprehensive customer history.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management or technical support teams when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think on your feet.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by business needs.
