Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve issues with empathy and efficiency while meeting SLAs
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions for skill development
- Maintain 95% quality assurance score on customer interactions
- Support cross-functional projects during peak seasons
Qualifications
- College graduate or equivalent experience (fresh graduates welcome)
- Excellent English communication skills (neutral accent preferred)
- Minimum 30 WPM typing speed with 95% accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Ability to work in rotating shifts (including night shifts)
- Previous BPO/call center experience an advantage
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Must pass background check and drug screening
