Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve complex customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive, empathetic tone.
- Document all customer interactions and account details accurately in our CRM system.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and propose process improvements to the management team.
- Collaborate with sales and technical departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct product training sessions for new and existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and tone.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot problems under pressure.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
