Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via voice, chat, and email channels
- Resolve complex inquiries with empathy and technical precision
- Meet/exceed KPIs for CSAT, FCR, and AHT metrics
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and Zendesk
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvement
- Participate in monthly upskilling workshops
Qualifications
- College graduate (any field) or 2 years of customer service experience
- Fluent English with neutral accent and clear pronunciation
- Proficiency in Windows OS and 50+ WPM typing
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to work night shifts on rotating schedule
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- NCC certification or equivalent (advantageous)
