- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues on first contact
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data privacy
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed KPIs for resolution time, quality scores, and customer satisfaction
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for service delivery
- Maintain deep product knowledge across diverse industry portfolios
Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent vocational certification
- 1+ years experience in customer service, BPO, or contact center
- Fluent English communication with neutral accent proficiency
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient in typing (40+ WPM) and multi-tasking
- Adaptable to rotating shifts including weekends
- Basic CRM software knowledge (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Positive attitude with resilience under pressure
