Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve complex issues using CRM systems and knowledge databases
- Meet/exceed key performance metrics (FCR, CSAT, AHT)
- Document interactions accurately in customer relationship platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
- Identify process improvement opportunities for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma with 1+ years customer service experience
- Fluent in English with clear communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic typing speed (30+ WPM)
- Positive attitude and resilience under pressure
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
