Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve complex issues with empathy and efficiency while maintaining SLA compliance
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless omnichannel support
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and soft skills
- Meet/exceed KPIs including CSAT, FCR, and AHT metrics
Qualifications
- College graduate or equivalent vocational certification (BPO experience valued)
- Fluent English communication with neutral accent and clear articulation
- Proficiency in Windows OS, CRM platforms, and multitasking tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends/nights
- Typing speed minimum 35 WPM with 95% accuracy
- Passion for customer advocacy and continuous learning mindset
