Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while meeting KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 1+ years in customer service, call center, or BPO environment
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent (college graduates preferred)
- Typing speed of 35+ WPM with 95% accuracy
