Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently using CRM tools and knowledge bases
  • Document interactions accurately and maintain detailed case histories
  • Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT) while maintaining quality standards

Qualifications
