Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
- Resolve complex issues with empathy and efficiency while meeting SLAs
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve escalated cases
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in continuous coaching and development sessions
Qualifications
- 1+ years in customer service or BPO environment
- Fluent English with clear communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- College degree or equivalent vocational certification
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy
